I came to business systems through field work, sales and management. I know the work on site, the pressure to bring in revenue, and what it takes to deliver.

Customer onboarding

The work

Turn an onboarding post in Slack into completed setup tasks and a clear handoff for the development team.

The systems

Slack, Claude Cowork, Search Atlas and the customer's website.

How it was developed

A recorded walkthrough of the existing process, followed by skill development, testing and a documented workflow.

    A Slack bot extracts the required customer details and posts a text file beneath the onboarding message.

  2. 02Run the setup

    Scheduled Cowork skills use the Search Atlas interface for Google Business setup and service descriptions.

  3. 03Prepare the handoff

    A shallow website crawl produces SEO, AEO and GEO implementation notes for the development team.

This describes the workflow built at the time. Each new implementation starts with the customer's current systems and requirements.

    Document what works, practise making changes and decide where further help is useful.

The aim is capability inside your business: you and your team able to build, maintain and improve your own systems.

The initial call is free. Work, timing and price are agreed in writing before a project starts. Ongoing development, maintenance and support can be included.

Project work starts with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on delivery. Prices are in CAD, plus GST. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Monthly support and software plans can be cancelled at any time. Refund and cancellation details.
